- Fulfillment & Unattended Deliveries: It is your responsibility to ensure an authorized individual is present to receive the delivery at your designated time window. If you request that a delivery be left unattended at your doorstep, building lobby, or concierge desk, you assume all risk of loss, spoilage, theft, and temperature damage.
- Safe Storage Liability: Mr. Bundles maintains safe food-holding temperatures up until the point of delivery. The moment the items are handed over or left at your designated address, the responsibility for immediate, proper refrigeration and safe food handling transfers entirely to you. We are not liable for food spoilage or illness resulting from improper post-delivery storage.
Accuracy of Billing
